Having bought a landholding, Carden Group use their extensive planning experience to successfully navigate and fund the planning process; working with councils and engaging with local communities to achieve planning permission. In many cases, having sold their land to Carden Group, landowners can continue to farm the land whilst planning and promotion work is ongoing.
